  Salesman lied to me several times. He claimed my energy costs would decrease dramatically, they have not. The truth is the windows are way overpriced and the company is very deceptive. I thoroughly regret doing business with these crooks and I strongly discourage anyone from doing the same, unless you simply have money to burn because that is what you are doing when you do business with them. I've been told I overpaid by about 35%. The salesman also claimed he would do business with me. It's really sad these companies hire slimeball salesmen who will do anything to get the customer to sign on the dotted line. Makes me wonder how they sleep at night.

  Bought our house 3 years ago and put all new windows in except for a picture window. We were so pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation that when we decided to do the picture window, we called Rolox again. We had some other work done and when our contractor saw the windows, he said that those windows were much better built than the ones he quoted us. If you are looking for quality windows you can't go wrong with Rolox.
