  We had an awful experience with them! Terrible customer service; very untruthful and uncaring. Our furniture was damaged before it left B.T. premises and they would not accept any responsibility. The cabinets are not built to specifications but that was the least of the problems. If you have LOTS of time and patience, and like frustration I would recommend this company.

  Good quality cabinets but their employees don't get paid enough and its hard to learn if you work there cause the ones teaching don't speak English which causes a fast turn over rate on employees which causes things to fall behind the time schedule but its good built cabinets just need a little supervisor upgrades or change up to ones that speak and teach and understand english.
